Roberson Law Firm assists its clients

the client to guide them through the process of creating the entity and
of getting the new business up and running. However, our assistance does
not end there. We encourage our clients to come to us with any questions
or business law needs they may have as their business grows and develops.

Roberson Law Firm also advises clients
in connection with the sale or purchase of a business or of interests
in a business or business organization. Our firm is experienced in representing
both buyers and sellers and regularly handles asset sales or purchases,
